Silver Streak

David Brady tried his best to keep this '98 Camaro stock, but after his first couple of autocross sessions in Indiana, it just wasn't going to happen. Racing in Street Prepared, David didn't go too crazy with the engine, adding only an SLP intake, a set of MSD wires, and a pair of Pacesetter long-tube headers to the factory LS1. On the course, it's the suspension that makes everything work, with a set of Strano springs on all four corners, matched to a set of single-adjustable Koni shocks. A 1LE front sway bar paired with a 21mm rear bar keeps David's ride hunkered down in the corners, while slowing comes from a set of Brakemotive Z-16 pads and blank Brembo rotors. On Kumho V710 tires, we're sure this Camaro is a monster on the autocross and David has a hoard of 1st place trophies to prove it.

There is just something about the clean lines of a properly done third-gen Camaro that makes us smile. Brandon Nicklaus of Sycamore, IL is the proud owner of this awesome TPI-equipped beauty and has done a variety of modifications to make it stand out from the crowd. Gone is the stock 305, which Brandon replaced with a stout Chevrolet Performance ZZ4 crate motor (you thought we were going to say LSX, didn't you?) that sports a TPIS mini-ram intake manifold along with a Comp Cams "Mutha Thumpa" bumpstick, 1.6:1 ratio rocker arms, and 58mm dual throttle body. A TCI Super Street Fighter works the built 700R4 transmission and sends power to the 4.10:1 equipped fourth-gen sourced rear end. Talk about a great street combo, Brandon has clearly got this third-gen screamer dialed in to perfection.

Fire Breather

Kyle LaDouceur's '99 Corvette may look like a show car thanks to the gorgeous Vibrance Sunset Orange paint job, but this 10.20-second capable rocket is much more than just fun to look at. With 137,500-miles on the odometer, Kyle's 'vette gets "driven and driven hard every time" around his home base in North Carolina whenever he is back from Afghanistan. And hard must be easy with the built 11.5:1 418 wedged between the frame rails that guzzles over 200hp worth of nitrous before sending a significant amount of horsepower and torque through the Century Transmissions built 4L60E and DTE built differential. Kyle has also worked the interior with a full stereo, and added cooling, braking, and styling mods to make his Corvette the complete package. Oh, and Kyle, we're waiting for that penguin…

When John Couf of California decided it was time for a new toy, he wasn't planning on messing around, and when his '11 Camaro SS was delivered, he jumped in to the mod game with both feet. What you see here is a 675-rwhp "ZL1 Eater" that sports an SLP blown LS3, pullied to 12 pounds, with a ton of high-quality exterior modifications from GM, MPD1, and 3DCarbon, and a wheel, tire, and suspension package that makes onlookers snap necks as John rolls by. Of course, the cog conversion on the Magnacharger probably lets them hear John coming way before he arrives, but at the speed we imagine this Camaro rolls, it may happen all too fast anyway. If you can get him stopped, make sure to check out the sinister 22-inch matte black Giovanni wheels, as they are essential to creating such an evil package.
